General FAQ’s

We are a delivery company, which allows you to purchase grocery, beverages, along with other daily products, directly on your mobile.

Choose from over 5,000 products spread across categories like grocery, personal care products, beverages, pet products, baby care products, and more.

Bazaar Durgapur currently operates in Durgapur only.

We deliver in selected localities across Durgapur. You can share your location in the settings to be sure if we deliver in your area.

The minimum order should be of INR 600. For amount lower than INR 600, a delivery fee will be applicable against your order.

No, we do not charge any amount beyond the rates mentioned. However, there is an additional delivery charge if the order amount is below INR 600. Any order above the limit is applicable for free delivery.

Yes, you can do so under the “My Orders” section.

Consider editing your products present in the cart before you checkout. If an order is already placed, you can cancel and reorder it as per requirement.

Queries Related to Placing an Order

Our warehouse manager undergoes a quality check to ensure the deliverables are of optimum quality. If you are dissatisfied with the quality do get in touch with us within 24 hours.

You will be notified through an SMS, informing you about the unavailable items. We will initiate the refund (if any) from our end within 24 hours.

Yes, absolutely. All transactions initiated on Bazaar Durgapur are completed via secure payment gateways (Razor Pay, PayTm) which are PCI and DSS compliant. We refrain from storing your card details at any given time.

Based on the store timings and capacities, the order may be scheduled for a different day.

Yes you can. On the checkout page, you can choose a delivery slot as per your convenience.

Payments-/Refund-related FAQs

Bazaar Durgapur are open to multiple payment modes. You can choose online methods using Debit cards, Credit cards, PayTM, Net Banking, Wallets and UPI. Cash on delivery is also acceptable for orders below Rs. 2000.

For a cashback, you shall receive it within 6 to 48 hours of delivery, as a coupon code in your mobile and email, provided your transaction is eligible.

For online transactions the refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days (for credit/debit card payments) and within 24-48 hours (for wallets).

We will hand over the receipt from the merchant to you at the time of delivery. Also, you can check the “My Orders” tab for your transaction history.

Delivery-related FAQs

There is a specific charges that is levied on orders below a certain value. As and when you cross the limit, the delivery charges will be waived off. You will be informed about such charges at the time of your checkout.

Depending on the location, we deliver between 6 AM 10 PM.

We do not have such option as of now. However, you can cancel and reorder from a different location if the need arises.

On rare occasions, owing to unforeseen situations, your order can get delayed. In such cases, our customer support executive will reach out to you to share information on the time of delivery.

Cancellation- & Returns-related Queries

Bazaar Durgapur offers easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can initiate the cancel of your order via the app or web before it gets dispatched. The option will be available under the “My Orders” tab in the “View Details” bar.

To be noted: Once the order is packed, the merchant may charge a cancellation fee of Rs.49.

In case you are dissatisfied with any product, please feel free to lodge a complaint within 48 hours (for non-perishable items) and 24 hours (for perishable items). Our customer support team will reach out to you to get the issue resolved. You can also return the dissatisfied products at the time of delivery and we will initiate the refund as soon as possible.

Yes, you can, by clicking on the “Need Help” option present under the “My Orders” tab. You can choose to reschedule your order as per your requirement and based the slots available, considering the order is not en route.

To note: Once the order is packed, the merchant may charge a rescheduling fee of Rs.49.
